⚠️ Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally
binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and pasawin ("pasawin," "we,"
"us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the pasawin platform at
pasawin.app, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Platform" means the pasawin website accessible at pasawin.app, including all subpages, gaming lobbies, account dashboards, and associated services.
- "Account" means a registered player account created on the pasawin platform, uniquely identified by a Philippine mobile number or email address.
- "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
- "Wallet" means the pasawin account balance maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) associated with a Player's Account.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by pasawin.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus Fund amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pasawin prior to a Player's first withdrawal.
- "Regulatory Authority" means PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and any other Philippine government body with jurisdiction over online gaming operations.
- "Force Majeure" means any event beyond pasawin's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, government orders, or civil unrest.
By completing the pasawin registration process — including entering your mobile number,
setting a password, and confirming via SMS OTP — you represent and warrant that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
- You are at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to participate in online gambling under Philippine law;
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
- All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
- You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements, or if you are, you have disclosed this to pasawin.
Continued use of the pasawin platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms
periodically. pasawin will notify registered players of material changes via the
email address or mobile number on their Account.
🔞 Age Requirement: The minimum age to register and play at pasawin
is 21 years. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement mandated
by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any player found to be under 21 will
have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits
returned subject to verification.
To be eligible to open a pasawin Account, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where using the pasawin platform is lawful;
- Hold a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification purposes;
- Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a household of a pasawin employee involved in platform operations;
- Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the pasawin platform or imposed by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority;
- Not have a previously suspended or permanently closed pasawin Account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pasawin Account. Registering
multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and
may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all
balances, and referral to the relevant regulatory authority.
pasawin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any
stage of the registration process or during the operation of an Account. Acceptable
Philippine government-issued identification includes the PhilSys National ID, UMID,
passport, driver's license, and Voter's ID.
Your pasawin Account is personal to you. You must not allow any other individual to
access, use, or operate your Account under any circumstances. You are fully
responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.
- Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your pasawin login password and any OTPs confidential. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify pasawin immediately and change your password. pasawin will never ask for your password through any channel.
- Account Accuracy: The personal details provided on your Account must remain accurate and up to date. You must notify pasawin of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or physical address promptly. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts matching the name on your pasawin Account.
- Inactive Accounts: An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. pasawin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
- Account Transfer: pasawin Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer your Account or any interests in it to any third party.
All financial transactions on pasawin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
pasawin does not impose deposit or withdrawal fees on the payment channels it
supports; however, third-party providers (such as GCash or your bank) may apply
their own transaction fees independently.
Deposits:
- Minimum single deposit: ₱100;
- Supported deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard;
- Deposits via GCash and PayMaya credit to the pasawin Wallet instantly upon confirmation by the e-wallet provider;
- You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML (anti-money laundering) review.
Withdrawals:
- Minimum single withdrawal: ₱100;
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed;
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 8–15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours;
- Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business days;
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same name as your pasawin Account;
- pasawin reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request before processing.
AML Note: pasawin operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering
Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and its amendments. Suspicious transactions, including
unusually large deposits or withdrawal patterns inconsistent with normal play, will
be reported to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) as required by law.
pasawin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time.
Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published
alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all pasawin bonuses unless
specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:
- Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification;
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Account, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
- Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated in the individual promotion terms;
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the stated validity period;
- pasawin reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines in its reasonable discretion that the bonus was claimed through abuse, manipulation, or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion;
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting using promotional funds, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear requirements without genuine risk, and collusion between accounts, will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to Account suspension.
The rules applicable to each game and betting market available on pasawin are published
within the respective game or market interface. By participating in any game or placing
any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The
following general provisions apply across all pasawin gaming products:
- Final Authority: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet outcome, the result recorded in the pasawin system is considered final. pasawin's decision on all gaming matters is final and binding, subject to the right to escalate to a regulatory authority as set out in Section 15.
- Bet Acceptance: pasawin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an obviously incorrect price or odds being displayed.
- Obvious Errors: If a game result, odds, or payout is affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical malfunction, pasawin reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Wallet balances to their pre-bet state.
- RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG)-based games available on pasawin use independently certified RNG software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated on camera and are subject to their own certification requirements.
- Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-event or single-session payout limits apply per game category and are published within the relevant game lobby. pasawin reserves the right to pay out any amount exceeding stated maximums in instalments.
⛔ Violations of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension,
forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pasawin platform:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one Account;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any pasawin game or system for personal gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reversed;
- Colluding with other players in card games, poker rooms, or any multiplayer gaming environment;
- Using the pasawin platform to launder money or engage in any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank, GCash, or PayMaya without first attempting resolution through pasawin's official support channel. Unjustified chargebacks will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
All content on the pasawin platform — including but not limited to the pasawin brand
name, logo, design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, audio, and video
— is the proprietary intellectual property of pasawin or its licensed third-party
providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access
and use the pasawin platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any pasawin content without prior written permission;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of the pasawin platform;
- Frame or embed any part of the pasawin platform in another website without authorisation;
- Use the pasawin name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pasawin's total liability
to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in
contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited
by you into your pasawin Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event
giving rise to the claim.
pasawin expressly excludes liability for:
- Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform;
- Any interruption to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party service failures including internet service providers, payment processors, and game suppliers;
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
- Any decisions you make regarding betting or gaming strategy — pasawin does not provide gambling advice and accepts no responsibility for your gaming decisions.

pasawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account
without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by pasawin;
- Chargeback requests submitted through a payment provider without prior contact with pasawin;
- Provision of false or misleading personal information;
- Any conduct that pasawin reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its gaming products or the interests of other players;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pasawin will freeze the Wallet
balance and prevent withdrawals until the investigation is resolved. Where a suspension
results in a permanent closure following a finding of a Terms violation, pasawin
reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance in accordance with the
nature of the violation and applicable law.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their own Account may do so at any time by
contacting pasawin support. Account closure does not affect any amounts already
committed in pending bets placed prior to the closure request.
pasawin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine
Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and
Regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is described in detail in

which forms part of these Terms by reference.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to pasawin:
- Collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy;
- Sharing your data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory bodies as required by law;
- Sharing your data with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention partners for the purpose of operating your Account;
- Sending transactional communications (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) to your registered mobile number and email address.
pasawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions
at any time. When material changes are made, pasawin will notify registered Players
via their registered email address or mobile number at least seven (7) days before
the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or
regulatory directive.
The current version of the Terms is always published on this page with the effective
date indicated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the pasawin platform
after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may
request Account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:
- The Presidential Decree No. 1602 (Illegal Gambling) and related Philippine gaming laws;
- Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended;
- Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012);
- PAGCOR regulations and circulars applicable to online gaming operators.
In the event of any dispute between you and pasawin arising from or in connection
with these Terms, you should first contact pasawin support to attempt an informal
resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days,
either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority
or initiate proceedings before the competent courts of the Philippines.
